Returns and Exchanges: The Healthy Hearth, LLC does not except returns or exchanges, all sales are final. The only exception to this policy is in the event you are shipped the incorrect item(s) from which you ordered. In this case, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product(s). We will gladly rectify the situation with no additional charge to you.

Shipping: The Healthy Hearth, LLC ships products UPS and USPS. You have the choice, up to three items, whether you want your products shipped to you via UPS or USPS. Any orders over three items automatically ships UPS. The only exception to this is Alaska and Hawaii which ships USPS only. The ‘In Transit’ times for UPS and USPS can be considerably different. With this in mind, you may be contacted about the shipping method you chose. During the summer months for instance when the weather is hot, it is not recommended to keep soap in transit for several days. It will melt!

Damaged and Missing Shipments: In the event you receive a damaged shipment, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order AND e-mail us photos of the damaged box and /or products. If you didn’t receive your order, you have up to 1 week of when you were supposed to receive it to contact us. If your order was shipped UPS, we will process a claim with the courier and assist you in getting a replacement or your original order to you. Please Note: UPS automatically provides a limited amount of insurance for packages shipped whereas USPS does not. Therefore, if you receive a damaged package and it shipped USPS or you didn’t receive your order and it was shipped USPS, our ability to remedy the situation is very limited and will be addressed on a case by case basis.

Double Check Your Address! If your order is sent to an incorrect address and returned to us, you are responsible for the reshipping costs.
